NOTE: Due to COVID-19 Australia Post are experiencing some delays with national delivery, and significant delays for international delivery. We've noticed that it can take up to 3-4x the usual delivery time. Although if it's taken longer than this send us an email and we can look into it. We apologise for any inconvenience.

All orders are usually sent out within 1-2 working days and will be posted via regular Australia Post satchels. International postage costs will be based on weight and country. However, please note that we will only post during weekdays - if purchased on a weekend please factor these timings into delivery. Before completing your order, please ensure all details are correct. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses on orders. Although if there's a mistake contact us as soon as possible and we'll sort it out.

Returns

We hope you won't have to, but if you need to make a return it must be made within 14 days. Once the returned purchased item is received we will happily provide online credit. However, the return shipping of the item and the additional re-shipping of newly purchased item is at the customer's expense.

Returned items must NOT be WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED or WASHED and in original packaging with everything intact. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or purchase of incorrect size.

Due to health regulations, The Beefs are unable to exchange or refund any underwear purchases.
